李练律师自执业以来长期从事公司、证券业务，其为包含珠海格力电器股份有限公司、珠海中富实业股份有限公司等在内的十多家境、内外上市企业和广东省珠海发电厂有限公司、 SNR Bearings (ZhuHai Free Trade Zone) Co.Ltd等数十家各类型非上市企业（含新三板挂牌公司）提供法律顾问服务。李练律师一直坚持将客户的商务诉求与法律结合起来，是一名获得客户高度认可的优秀商务律师，其连续服务十年以上的企业占服务对象数量近半，客户粘合度极高。在各类型大型商务合同的起草、审查、谈判方面积累了极其丰富的经验和技能。
李练律师曾协助十多家境内企业成功完成在国内、香港的证券交易所上市和新三板挂牌业务。除协助客户完成多起境内收购外，还主导过涉及人民币四十亿元的海外投资项目，协助国内企业多次成功收购境外公司股权。
知识产权业务方面，李练律师代表客户作为主谈参与了与美国苹果、高通、因菲林等国际知名企业就专利技术引进和合作而进行的商务谈判，曾成功策划并组织了客户与美国苹果公司的专利诉讼并取得良好的诉讼结果，同时协助客户完成过美国专利收购事宜。
李练律师除了丰富的非诉经验外，在代理企业客户的诉讼与仲裁方面也具有极强的优势，其执业至今代理了客户逾百起诉讼与仲裁，其用开阔的诉讼思路、严谨的办案风格和犀利的庭审技能取得了多起重大案件的完胜，代理案件胜诉率高达95%以上。

Corporate Practice:
l Represent public and private corporations in their investment and business operation;
l Assist clients with project negotiations and relevant plans for company establishment, reconstruction, and merger;
l Draft and review legal documents, including company contracts, interior daily management documents, relevant legal documents, and minutes of shareholders and board of directors;
l Participate in company liquidation affairs, asset allocation and transfer of shares;
l Represent clients and appear before all levels of courts, specializing in commercial litigation and arbitration.
IPO Practice:
l Participate in IPO affairs, including IPO in SHANGHAI Stock Exchange Market, SHENGZHEN Stock Exchange Market and the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Market.
l Review documents and certificates, draft initial Due Diligence Investigation Report, and prepare legal opinion for IPO.
Practice in Intellectual property rights
l Providing a comprehensive service in assisting clients to register their Intellectual property rights and to enforce such rights if needed. Advising on arrangement regarding the transfer and licensing of technology and other forms or Intellectual property rights.
Practice in Litigation & Arbitration
Successfully represent clients over a hundred lawsuits with above 95% win rate due to the use of divergent thinking, rigorous working style and incisive trial skills.
律师简介
李练律师具有中美两国国际法双硕士学位，其以严谨的工作作风和精良的专业技能获得了客户的一致好评，其执业第一年就凭借良好的口才、严密的逻辑思维能力及快速的反应能力获得珠海市第一届律师电视辩论大赛的个人优秀律师称号（全珠海入选律师仅为六名），2008年曾获邀前往美国伊利诺斯州律师协议会，为美国本土律师进行中国法律相关知识的讲座。其撰写的英文论文——“Drafting a Legally Enforceable Non-compete Agreement in China” 入选全美律师杂志国际法论文征稿，并发表于全美律师杂志2008年夏第三卷国际栏。
此外，李练律师也积极参与社会活动，连续两届担任珠海市仲裁委员会仲裁员职务，曾任珠海市律师协会青工委和外资委员会副主任一职。
